Service. What service

I rang to book a service for my car, it’s first, and free with the car I purchased I didn’t buy the car from them, but that shouldn’t make a difference. They couldn’t find the service details and were really unhelpful. I ended up ringing Peugeot customer service centre, and they confirmed my free servicing, and were amazed that Arnold Clark couldn’t access the details. The girl at Arnold Clark kept saying not a problem whilst making everything a problem. They couldn’t fit me in for over six weeks and wanted details of the free servicing provided, which I haven’t got separate paperwork for, but was part of the deal. All in quite unsatisfactory
