In forty years of Porsche ownership I have never been overcharged, even at this dealership but was overcharged twice within the space of six weeks whilst having my two 911s serviced. Customer liaison and ability to understand the brief given, dreadful and in the final analysis the manager has the temerity to traduce the customer. No confidence in the current incarnation
