Great service

We were looking for a new car , being in our 60,s we were very wary of being scammed as we have been in the past with other things . We searched many places , we knew our budget and then our friend found a car on line , the look of it was lovely, so we rang and spoke to Sajiv who was so lovely and assured us he would keep it for us for when we got there the next day . We had to travel by train and buses as we had no transport. Sajiv said he would pick us up when we got off the train in Bridport excellent customer service ( there was a bus there as we got off the train ) We arrived to this lovely young man who explained everything to us , we had a test drive , he also showed us all the things on the car and he said he would make sure it was taxed , MOT,d , Valeted, a 12mth warranty before we had it also a tiny little scratch would be sorted too , and also would deliver it to us . Sajiv was so lovely , definitely not your typical pushy sales person and had so much respect for us which made us feel very valued as a customer and we trusted him explicitly. We only paid a small deposit and he also asked John ( his staff ) to drop us off at the train station so we could get back home . Sajiv kept us up to date with what was going on by telephone and today Wednesday our lovely car has been delivered 2 days earlier than we thought ( a great bonus ) All paper work sorted , as true as his word all the things he said he would do has been done, he delivered it himself with his wife . We are so overwhelmed with all this service and cannot thank Sajiv and his team for all they have done , we will be telling everyone about our experience as it’s very rare these days to have such lovely people to believe in and 100% trust , Thankyou Sanjit you’ve made our experience very relaxing and enjoyable, highly highly recommend Burton Bradstock Cars Tracy and Phil .
