Bought a new vehicle from them and confirmed to them in writing that I did not want a Service Plan. They applied £1,135 to a Service Plan. I politely wrote to them and emailed me them to ask for an explanation. This was ignored by them. I then wrote to Honda UK to see if they could help, the response from West End Garage was that they knew nothing about my query. Buy elsewhere. Be warned
