Terrible service Warranty Means Nothing

Terrible terrible Service. MOT'd my car, charged me £144 to do "diagnostics" as engine management light was on. All they did was cancel the engine management light. Passed the cars MOT then told me to bring the car back if the light came back on. It was back on when I went back to the car.... What they are really doing is getting the car through it's MOT. Then getting you to come back later to fix the actual problem when they have time, so you don't take it to another garage. Then they can charge you again for "diagnostics". I Diagnosed the fault with a £20 reader from ebay. Local garage diagnosed the same fault I had found, they fixed it, paid for parts and labour £170... Car still under warranty, that is not worth the paper it is printed on. Offered me 1hrs of free diagnostics. Reminded them I have paid for £144 of diagnostics already and all they did was cancel a light. No reply from their "Customer Service (LOL)" when I said no thanks, and I was reporting to VOSA & Trading Standards. They also send you wee videos regarding the "work" that needs done. But they delete the videos/links, so you can not go back as see what rubbish you were told. IF YOU NEED DIAGNOSTICS, DON'T GO TO ARNOLD SHARK. YOU CAN BORROW MY £20 READER FROM EBAY, FREE OF CHARGE. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
