Started well, poor customer service

Andy was really helpful and let us look at the vehicle. Sadly we missed a tyre bulge but more costly is the damaged alloy wheel. Basically was told it was my fault as I hadn’t looked online at the MOT. Be warned, do your own research of the car and proceed with caution.
