Poor customer service.

From start to finish me and my husband were disappointed with our experience with Roxana @ Jaguar Lloyd York. Unless you are financing a vehicle expect poor customer service, all they are interested in is financing and selling you all the add ons, if you have any requests or questions don’t expect to be greeted with help or a positive answer all we got was a “NO” We didn’t get made to feel like a valued customer, there was no effort to remember any information given from start to finish with our sale. Buying a new car is an exciting time and should feel like it, just was not what we expected from a dealership such as Jaguar, just because it is a second hand car for the garage to be selling on shouldn’t mean it’s less important of a sale. Got told she would print me off my private plates for free - never got done. Every other car garage I have got a car from give you a few days drive away insurance that was a “NO” It took 2 weeks for the car to be ready for collection so they should have made sure everything was perfect during that time we didn’t get any update without chasing for one. On arriving home with our car we noticed a poorly covered up scratch that it looks like jaguar have tried to cover and we’ve asked if they can help us with that I got called at 9am this morning didn’t sound like there was going to be anything that they could do but they would check and then never heard anything else back, I’m not surprised at all no interest at all with the little sales by the looks of things. In future we will look else where when looking for a new car.
