Unroadworthy vehicle
Purchased a vehicle from this dealer on 3/8/24 for £12500. Managed to cover 121 miles on my way home before suffering catastrophic engine failure only a few hours after purchasing the vehicle. Called the dealer to have the vehicle recovered, received no reply, despite being informed they offer a 24hr breakdown recovery service. Emailed the following day with details, requesting a refund under the Consumer Rights Act. Received an initial response offering no support, now radio silence. Case being escalated to the Ombudsman and will most likely end up in court. I will update the outcome.
