Disappointing. Poor Customer Service

Disappointing service. Saw car advertised on autotrader so went to see it, to be told in transit so reserved it 48 hrs, later paid for reservation as car still not on site. When informed car on site arranged test drive. When we got there refused keys, after 20 mins of discussing with various members of staff we had pre arranged visit we got the keys only to view car due to time although there was still 20mins before closing. Confirmed we will return to test drive. The following day received email to say could not take the car if happy with test drive until after bank holiday as its a mobility car and needs taxing at post office of which they could do for us. Returned today to test drive as agreed. Waited a long time to be seen and for staff to find the key for car. During test drive was informed only 1 key for car but one was on order and will be posted out to us and AA will come to home to program. We said we needed this guaranteed. Go to proceed with purchase of the car to be told by salesman Luke that no key ordered and not prepared to do this. When we said we don't buy car with 1 key he quickly said he would process refund of reservation money. He then threw the copy of my husbands driving licence on floor. My husband said if your not shredding that or keeping it safe then he wanted it returning which Luke did. That's not keeping customer personal details safe. What about Data protection(GDPR) The car was not advertised as having 1 key as we would not have reserved it. Very disappointing that we travelled a long distance 3 times and staff told us differnt things and did not provide all information about the car. (Reservation was made in my husbands name but car was for me)
