All round very poor service

Every dept has been a let down since I have been using Eastern, try making a complaint and that’s when no one is available or on holiday or not their dept. I asked how to contact their director and was told I had to complain firstly to the dept concerned because they are all separate companies although it’s all BMW to me and they all sell BMW products. I would still like to discuss this with the director unless he is a separate company.
