Terrible customer Service

Bought my daughters first car from HPL Preston. It needed some work doing prior to collection which we agreed prior to purchasing. After giving them over 2 weeks to do this we turned up at 10:30 am and didn't actually leave until 3:30pm. They had done most of the work to the car (as agreed) but then glued a front light onto bonnet and glue was clearly visible which they didn't point out, when i did they said nothing could be done then took into back into bodyshop and scratched paint and damaged light surround trying to remove it and refused to repair! We also had to complain about tread on front two tyres not matching (the manager had said they would prior to purchase) they did change the tyre after some discussion. After confirming the car needed to be in my daughters name, the V5C document has arrived today in my name! Asked twice to confirm and they still get it wrong. The car was good value but customer service was terrible.
