Horrendous service

I would not go to VW Direct in Worcester, obviously helpful at the start as they want to get the sale but as soon as you have signed that dotted line they do not want to know and also go back on their promises. I had issues with the car as soon as I had it, it kept cutting out and kangarooing down the road," just put fuel cleaner in", so I did and then suddenly the warranty is up so they no longer can help although this issue came up when I had the warranty. They also promised a second key, what a palaver that was, "no we don't ever promise that you would get one" isn't it pretty basis these days that you get a second key! I had to go to trading standards for them to finally sort me a second key, but they didn't go and get it I had to drive 35 minutes away to collect the key. I am trying to get rid of the car and thought I would ask them for a value, " sorry your car is too old" so "we buy any golf is not true". Do not go here to buy your car.
