Brilliant Customer Service!

I had the pleasure of purchasing a used car (C-HR) last month and had a positive experience of being looked after by Daniel Lambert. From the moment I walked into the branch he welcomed me with a friendly smile and took me outside to view a couple of options. The whole purchasing experience with him was smooth, professional, non-pressured and incredibly informative. Once I had made up my mind on the right car for me, I noticed a couple of small issues with the car which I had pointed out to Daniel, passenger indicator casing and internal passenger light problem. Together with the support from Ollie, this was booked in to rectify and a loan car was arranged for me. Nothing has been too much trouble by your team and when you consider that I’ve purchased a used car there was never any ‘come on sir, it’s a used car what do you expect’ etc! The SLM customer service I’ve experienced has been top notch and my mother-in-law has also recently purchased a used car after being looked after by Daniel, she told me that Toyota have always been great at customer service and highly recommended me to you, I’m a previous Honda driver for some 20+ years! I’m incredibly proud to be driving a Toyota purchased from SLM and I will certainly be recommending yourselves to others!
