We have bought 2 brand new top of the range Kia Sorentos from Kia Dukinfieldwith good sales experience from Mark. However the after sales service has been appalling with my having to resolve a basic issue with our brand newPHEV with the main head office as the engineering team did not take our complaint seriously though Kia were aware of the issue We also had an unexpected problem as the service agreement didn’t make it clear that only 2 years were covered, apart from a simple number 2 next to the word service no further details were included.It seems as if you buy another new car from them these details disappear but as we haven’t finished our search for looking for a new car which we would have done we seemed to have recently been dropped off any service and after sales service.To the extent that our service was not only very expensive it was done so early it couldn’t be combined with an MoT due on 1/9/24 when getting a notification for another service within weeks of the early service we thought we could book the MOT in time. No way looks like sales and service which combine to make good customer service don’t talk to each other. We shall not be buying any cars from Kia Dukinfield ever again The review should really have been zero.
