WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE UK
The worst customer service I have experienced in the UK! I was referred to them by Haven car insurance to have my car repaired. Because it was a small job they treated me with contempt. They wanted me to do all the work for them by taking a mutlitude of photos so they would not have to make the effort. The girl on reception Kateland was robotic and rude. She ignored my questions and just tried to dictate terms. When I wrote a text message to ask a manager to call me back, instead of being concerned they simply gave the job back Haven insurance and never had the decency to call me. I called back and was stonewalled by Kateland who refused to give any details. I called back again and finally got a different girl (Shenea) who was more helpful but sounded very concerned to be transparent as she did not want flack from her managers. Eventually she informed me that two managers Steff and Paul had conspired together to cancel the job. I asked to be put through to either but Shenea informed me that neither were answering their phones. Finally Steff's mobile was free (Must have been busy with a personal matter?) When I introduced myself she jumped all over me and began berating me that I was rude for sending them a text message which stated at worst, "They had lazy practices of doing business". She had chosen to take umbrance rather than resolve the situation she balmed the customer! I asked her to please stop shouting and be respectful and she evetually calmed down. I then explained in a professional manner that their standards were unacceptable and that I would be giving them bad reviews on social media and taking the matter to their CEO Richard Teatum. She was not perterbed by this and suggested that Richard would not have any interest. So please support me in helping me make poorly run organisations like STONEACRE, with recalcitrant staff to treat customers with more respect. I am sure Richard Teatum has some intelligence and business accuman as he has built a large organisation. But it seems he has forgotten that it is his customers that got him there and made him rich! Maybe Steff is right and Richard Does not care how poorly his staff treat his customers but if he does, he needs to contact me.
