Awful and dishonest service

Awful and dishonest service, lacking any morals and values. Reserved a vehicle and was all set to buy. Dan squires was dealing with the sale who seemed friendly over the phone, but after seeing and confirming would be buying the vehicle, the manager Matt called me to say the car had a massive oil Leak, and would be taken off retail. Quickly returned my deposit, got off the phone in 2 mins. When we saw the car, there was no oil leak, was fine when we checked the engine and drive the vehicle. Was evident this was a lie. The website where the car was advertised, changed to 'sold.' Spoke to another colleague who confirmed it has been sold. Matt continued to lie and said would give me a call when they looked into the leak, and was rude and dismissive over the phone. No phone call ever came. Very rude, dishonest and disingenuous service! Poor customer service and shocked at the manager, his tone and lies. Buying a car is very much about the service you receive and trusting the people you are buying from. Not to be trusted when can clearly lie. Have complained to the trading standards and I have a large following on a number of social media platforms and have shared and warned people away from this place and will continue to do so and get others are sharing.
