Disappointed!!!!

Having just purchased our 5th car from Braintree dealership. An hour before we were due to collect our latest purchase we received a phone call to say that it has been involved in an accident. We were given a loan car until ours was repaired. It’s been 3 weeks now and we are discussed by the lack of communication from the salesman and his manager as to when the car will be ready. Debating weather to cancel the deal and found a better place to do business with.
