I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and paid for 12 months tax before driving away, 3 weeks later I was stopped by the police and was told to tax my vehicle (despite already paying) to avoid escalation, so I did. I messaged the dealership to explain what happened and provided proof of paying for the tax and they’ve been ignoring me. This was several weeks ago. If they are ignoring me over £190 imagine the experience of them owing thousands of pounds Also the car I bought has electrical faults and radio doesn’t work.
