It's just a tyre?

My extended lease vehicle from motability was in for it's first mot. It failed on a tyre. Pinkstones ring me to ask ME..... (WHY?).... to phone motability to give them a "push" for tyre authorisation as they have not replied to them. (Why can't THEY phone them again?) Motobility inform me that pinkstones should have phoned kwikfit tyre authorisation. (Why didn't they?). They then ask ME to phone pinkstones to give them the number to kwik fit !! Total amateurish behaviour from Pinkstones and motorbility. God alone knows who I would have had to phone if it was an engine part.....Japan? PS ....I'm still waiting for my car!!
