Phil was fantastic from start to finish. With this being my first EV purchase, I did have some extra questions and there was never a stage it felt Phil didn't want to help. Professional, while also being down to earth is sometimes hard to get these days. The pick-up of the car showed me what a perfect family run business this is, and definitely the first place I'll look when it comes time for a new car. 10 / 10. Thanks for everything!
