Faith restored

My faith in Ford dealerships has been restored after poor experiences locally. I took a chance on visiting Epsom Ford to view a used Ford Kuga and was greeted instantly by Joe, the experience provided by him was simply the best I've experienced so far when buying cars. Got me the keys straight away and left me to look around and returned after a bit to see how I was getting on and to answer any questions I had. All questions answered honesty and pointed out all the servicing they had done. We agreed a price and the sale went through super quick. Was able to collect on time a few days later, fully valeted and fuel was put in the car. He took car of everything, including 3 days of drive away insurance. Had the car 24hrs now and it is perfect.
