Avoid if possible! Customer service is awful! They don't reply to your messages!! I got a Ford ecosport st line sold to me by Joe at the end of july last year and drove 10 mins down the road when a warning light came on for the tyre pressure sensor malfunction. I've sent 2 messages via their website no reply. Have today August 8th sent a WhatsApp message saying they will get back to me. I went back and forth 3 times with my ford for the same problem. It has now been rectified. I dont live close either im in burgess hill west sussex. Avoid this garage !!! A year later and my ford ecosport is in the garage as the clutch release bearing has gone the cost for this will be £714.00. My car has been with a local garage where I live then today I get told the gearbox might need doing as well. I purchased this car just over a year ago from yourselves I have done 4000 miles in 15 months. I want Ford to either pay for a new gearbox or contribute towards this!
