Do not buy a service plan!

Unfortunately I've had to cancel my service plan with kia as I have changed my car. Whilst the plan has ended I was advised that there was a pot of money to be returned to me. This was in May of this year and to date despite several phone calls and promises of a call back I still do not have my money returned to me. They will be quick to tale your money but you won't get anything you are owed back to you. I've been in need of this money which is in excess of £100 but I've been totally disregarded. I'm so disappointed with the lack of service, response and honesty I've received from kia leicester.
