Disappointed
I purchased a Kymco Agility 50 from Mark at the end of July 2024. It was my son's 1st bike but sadly I couldn't have been more dissatisfied with the poor customer service which left a very bad taste in my mouth! Mark never returned my calls and only ever communicated by email. Even the staff I left messages with for him to contact me were very embarrassed. Finally, we paid £120 for the bike to be delivered and on day 1 we noticed an oil leak. After again, numerous attempts to contact Mark he said we'd have to get the bike to them for the workshop to take a look at it then later he said that when the courier was in the area he'd pick it up FOC but I would bear some of the cost for it to be delivered back to me. No mention of time frame or cost to me! Consequently, I am now left to get the bike repaired at my own expense.
