Not correct statement.

Saturday 10th August 2024, spoke to Matt about replacing drive shaft CV boot covers on a 4-track. He said that the whole thing had to be stripped down and that it can only be done whilst on the vehicle. Quoted me £80 an hour. He even said that all the disk equipment would have to be dismantled. Total Rubbish. He didn't know what he was talking about. In the end I tacked the job myself. Removed a tin cover then removed a circlip, the shaft then came away from the inner CV joint and I could then put both new CV covers on. Took me about 10 minute. Nearby Claremont Engineering quoted me £50 to do each side. Paul Whybrew.
