Lying conman Richard axford

I am 66 disabled and just got out of hospital after my hernia operation. Part exchanged my 2011 audi A3 1.6tdi manual, for a 2006 Ford fiesta automatic. Paid £200 deposit and £1,800 cash on delivery a,week later. I needed an automatic as I could no longer drive my manual audi A3 as it was too painful. Richard axford said he would fit a new timing belt kit and service the car wit a 12 months Mot. Delivery on the 7.8. 24. I paid him his £1,800 cash balance and off he went with my audi on his recovery vehicle. When I went through the paperwork he hadn't given me a receipt for the purchase or the current mot or the receipt for the service and timing belt kit fitting. I took the car to my local garage and the straight away said the offside rear tyre has a massive bulge on the outside. The timing belt and water pump haven't been changed!! Now Mr Richard axford has stopped answering my calls and texts. Now I have found out he has 6 dissolved companies involving car sales etc and one of the worst con men i have ever dealt with!!
