Clueless technicians

Vines Guildford used to be good many years ago, been using them for over 20 years, over the last few years they are useless at servicing and fault finding and just guess and provide huge quotes that doesn't even solve the problem, they come across as untrustworthy and trying to mislead customers in repairs. Taking my business elsewhere now as they simply cannot be trusted any longer. Shame, as they are blighting the BMW brand by their shenanigans.
