A professional car buying experience!

Ian was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He welcomed us into his home including our 3 year old son to discuss the paperwork etc. He gave us as much time as we would like to look over the car and talked us through the entire history of the car. The car was immaculate with a very well presented service history. We purchased the car and left very happy. Over the course of a couple of days we felt that the car was not quite suited to us. So we contacted Ian and explained our change of heart, to which Ian offered a full refund as a good will gesture, came down and collected the car from us. I felt truly awful for putting Ian out for my change of heart but Ian made it seem that nothing was too much trouble. Hats off, although not the car for us and we may have seemed like the customers from hell, he was a gentleman and an honest car dealer. Thank you Ian and I am truly sorry for your trouble.
