Deceitful Dealer be careful

Despite a friendly sales force I purchased a mercedes van in Sep 23. I month afterwards I needed to replace the battery and was promised this would be covered. They failed to respond. Today I was refused an MOT due to the fact that there was no service history regarding the CAM belt which had exceeded its life, a rusty oil filter and various other long term problems which should have been checked. Despite assurances they have failed to respond and as before do not answer calls. I should have checked more carefully and would advise any one purchasing a car from this dealer to ensure they take it to an authorised garage to be properly checked. They are not trustworthy I am sorry to say.
