Hedin moves in - Quality moves out

I have received excellent, quality service from the Stephen James Bickley Road team in the past. My experiencer of a major service last Friday was awful, expensive, incomplete and I left feeling I was duped. I had discussions with 3 members of the service team to resolve my issues - NOT ONE had any understanding, sympathy or willingness to resolve the problems. I can only assume this failure is due to the Hedin take-over or senior managers being on leave
