First4Car must be your first port of call when looking to purchase a new car. I visited 6 main dealerships before finding the perfect car at First4Car – I so wish that I had made the trip to their showroom first. It was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I made an initial enquiry through their website one evening and got an immediate reply. I booked a test drive and was expertly assisted by Ben – he was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and very patience dealing with my numerous questions about the vehicle. It was refreshing to be at a showroom with no hard sell – very friendly yet professional attitude from all the staff that I met. Ben was great taking me through the whole process from purchase to collection. What I also found impressive was the immaculate condition of the vehicle - I bought a 15 Plate Skoda Fabia and it honestly looked and handled like a brand new vehicle – so I’m grateful that they have excellent engineers in the workshop and a superb valeting crew.
