Ten out of Ten

I recently had my Kia Picanto serviced and customer service was outstanding from start to finish - from the welcome I received at the front door to collecting car. Erin & co were welcoming and knowledgeable and could not do enough for me. I received a video inspection of car as it was done and this helps me to trust that what is being said at a service is actually happening. Erin picked up on a mistake from last year and sorted it for me. Great work everyone.
