MG was faulty from the start, had to wait weeks to take it in, they didn’t even look for faults, then told me I needed to provide evidence if I wanted it looked at… send in a month worth of daily videos and photos show adding the many faults, Eventually took it back in, it sat there for 3 days, on day 4 they took it out for a short run and said “worked fine for us” Faults continued to get worse, with the car losing power several times whilst driving down motorways, RAC said huge amount of historical faults, they still refused to take it. Eventually did and tried to say I was repeatedly running out of petrol…. I sent over RAC report which said it was unsafe to drive. Lease company stepped in and insisted in a mechanical fault and terminated the contract. Absolutely worst customer service experience of my life.
