As other reviews state, terrible company. Sold our car to someone else while they had it in for repairs!! Police not getting involved so we're having to try to claim on our insurance. By the way they are now trading as Nottingham Auto Group and have several glowing reviews under this name on another website. I don't understand how this company has not yet been shut down - trading standards have been aware of them for some time now
