Excellent service and very professional

We bought our new 2nd hand Mondeo from this dealership recently, excellent service and very professional, originally we had an issue with the parcel shelf not being in the car when we fetched it, even though it was when we purchased it. I spoke to the dealership and they ordered a new one, which turned up today, they did not quibble or argue, it was just sorted. Brilliant service and I would purchase from them again in a heart beat.
