Poor customer service

I visited the showroom twice with the intention of purchasing a Honda ENY1 that was on offer. Unfortunately, I encountered some of the most dismissive salesmen I've ever met. Despite being informed that their allocation of stock for the offer had been sold, I was assured that someone would contact me on Monday after attempting to secure more stock or connecting me with another dealership that could fulfill my request. When I did not receive any communication on Monday, I revisited the showroom. Instead of receiving assistance, I was made to feel like an inconvenience. I was then told that I would receive a call on Wednesday. However, no call ever came, despite the offer still being advertised. In the end, I ordered the car through the Startin dealer in Worcester, where the customer service was exceptional and I couldn't be more pleased.
