Bad experience

Dear Renault Romford, I have been a loyal customer at Renault Romford for the last 6 years, having spent thousands of pounds servicing all my vans with you. This morning, after spending almost £1,800 for a service, I discovered that my windshield was broken. When I complained, I was told that it was not your responsibility and that there was nothing you could do. I will cover the cost of the repair myself, but please be aware that you have just lost a customer forever.
