awful service and poor quality

Went to view a car advertised on website and autotrader. Called a day ahead to make sure it was still for sale etc and that I was going to view. Drove almost 3 hours to view a car advertised as £2995 and 60k miles, got there and was £3995 for £67k miles. Tried to start up but wouldn’t because of the battery, because, like most of the cars there, had probably been sat for months. Then when it was charged back up it had an engine fault. They claim their cars are “showroom quality” nothing showroom about it, the cars are tatty and worn and staff are unfriendly and rude. No doubt the cars will cause more trouble once you buy
