Tried hard but couldnt make it work.

Dealt with the young sale manager Clayton, he couldn't do enough to try and get the deal over the line. Unfortunately the vehicle didn't work as it should and despite sending it to a main dealer for rectification it just took to long so we pulled out of the deal. The main amount of the funds was transferred back to us quite quickly, but the deposit paid on a card is still outstanding(only 1 day later).
