Avoid at all costs
My experience with Nissan Gateshead has been a complete disaster. The vehicle I purchased had severe issues, including poor condition and a malfunctioning engine management light. Despite reporting these problems immediately, the company failed to respond or take any action. Attempts to resolve the situation were met with excuses, such as having only one driver for deliveries and collections, which caused significant delays. When the company promised to handle repairs, they sent the vehicle to a local garage without proper authorization. The entire ordeal has been characterized by communication failures, broken promises, and unprofessional behavior. The manager's offer of a partial refund was far below the original amount paid, which is unacceptable. Nissan Gateshead is unreliable and dishonest. I am now pursuing legal action against them. Steer clear of this company to avoid a similar experience.
