I encountered severe issues with a vehicle I purchased, including poor condition and an engine management light malfunction. Despite promptly reporting the problems, the company failed to respond or act. Attempts to resolve the situation were met with excuses, such as having only one driver for deliveries and collections, leading to significant delays. The company eventually promised to handle repairs but instead sent the vehicle to a local garage without proper authorization. Repeated communication failures, empty promises, and unprofessional behavior have characterized this ordeal. The company’s manager offered a partial refund far below the original amount paid, which is unacceptable. Nissan Gateshead is untrustworthy and dishonest. I am now pursuing legal action against them. Avoid this company to spare yourself from a similar nightmare.
