Very poor service and knowledge

Like Alison, I too had to wait to see someone in sales (20mins+)even though I had made an appointment to see her. Eventually I was seen by someone who turned out to be on the motability sales side. I was initially impressed with the NX350h and made an appointment to purchase where I was seen by someone else. On collecting the car the “someone else” had to get the motability guy to correct set up of the “easy and intuitive” multimedia Lexus link+. Only one key was provided and a return trip was needed 2 months later to complete the final part of the purchase. After three further visits and several phone calls later the Lexus link+ system still doesn’t function. Today is a Thursday the dealership is closed according to their voicemail at mid morning. Lexus UK HQ confirmed the same - closed so there is no service back up at all.
