I bought a N-CAT car from this company. When I first seen the car it was noticeable that the car had been in an accident, I said to James that I would consider buying the car if he could straighten the bodywork, so the garage made the accident damage unnoticeable. When I bought the car, the next day I took the car back because I couldn't close the bonnet and due to driver error the battery went flat. James booked the car in to rectify the problem, the owner of the company was there at the time and he said if I had more trouble with the battery within that time, he would replace the battery (The battery was ok). So my bonnet was fixed, then a few days later the clutch didn't work. When I called James he said that they would deal with the problem, however it couldn't happen immediately due to unforeseen circumstances. Due to me not having the funds to move the car to his workshop, two mechanics came to my house to try and fix it, they were unsuccessful so they recovered the vehicle and fixed it. There was some teething problems with the car, however Cars of Charminster adhered to the warranty and now I am driving a good car. Thank you fellas!
