Drove 30 miles to view a reserved car

Drove an hour to see a car I had reserved on line. They had confirmed it had been reserved. When I got there the reception couldn’t find the keys! I had to suggest that I take a seat whilst they looked for them. Left atter 10 minutes waiting as there was no evidence they were bothering to look. Lots of salespersons standing around and not at all busy. Used to go there a lot but service has nose dived since we were last there.
