Appalling Quality of "Service"

I love my Mercedes. However having to deal with the unprofessional and inane service staff at Dundee Arnold Clark make owning my car a frustrating and stressful experience. I have been given 8 appointments over the last 13 months to have work carried out under a recall issue each of which has been cancelled the day before. I have complained to the Customer services based in the Netherlands who also ignore my emails. The Dundee staff simply waffle on and eventually when they run out of the company speil simply hang up. I have over had over 50 years of car ownership and this level of disparaging customer service was unknown to me. Unfortunately because this lot have the monopoly on MB service in Dundee I can not buy another MB. I am stuck now with a devalued asset as cars under recall are less desirable. I will try Eastern/Western in Edinburgh next hopefully who might restore my faith in the brand. Deal with this company and you will most likely regret it!
