So unprofessional it's comical

Rang up to check it was ok to view a car they said yes fine. 2 and half hour drive from Birmingham. When I got there at 130pm they said it's gone for an MOT in Birmingham??? They said you can wait if you want it will be back at 5pm. Went back in over 3 hours later they said sorry we couldn't fit it in for the MOT but you can buy it without and we will give you £50 quid off. I dread to think what it failed on.
