DOESNT HONOUR WARRANTY!!

My farther purchase a car recently and traded in his previous car. The new car came with 3 months warranty (no exclusions specified) The new car has some issues so it was returned to be repaired. The garage refused to fix it under warranty as the car that was traded in "wasn't worth what they offered".
