Stockport Audi - Excellent

I wanted to give Stockport Audi a quick review as I found them excellent. This review is to highlight Ellie In the Servicing Dept and say a big thankyou for going out of your way to try and resolve my issue. Just to give a little background, I am now in my 40s and since passing my test at 17 I have always wanted an Audi. I have always seen them as a premium brand therefore, presuming the service from the main dealer would be at the same level. I finally got my Audi this year. And I've been very impressed with the car. The engineering quality is excellent but I had a little issue with the functionality of one of the presets on the MMI. Stockport is not my local dealer, so naturally I initially went to my closest main dealer and got the feeling they were not at all interested in trying to help. I then called Stockport Audi as they had always serviced my car before I bought it, so decided to try them to see if could help me at all. The response was night and day different. Ellie wanted to help, even though she didn't have the answer she went away to speak to her Manager and one of their technicians and come back while I held on the phone to offer some possible solutions. She also gave me more VIN specific trim info for my car, so I had a base reference point and although couldn't resolve it over the phone, gave me a way forward and a couple of avenues to explore. I just wanted to say thankyou for being a credit to Audi as you were polite, professional and courteous and restored my faith in Audi. Ellie I thank you. STOCKPORT AUDI 👌
