AVOID EDINBURGH AUDI
Must say, I am extremely disappointed and angered by the levels of customer care or rather lack of customer care demomstrated by Edinburgh Audi. As a reminder thee are the points that I made in my comlpaints dating back to the end of March when I picked the car up. - had to chase to get my £500 deposit returned. - waited 3 months to get spare key - waited 3 months for V5 & even then it was in wrong name ' Craig Walker' thus mening I had to resend back to DVLA and again wait - promise of full valet when spare key was being prepared....not done - Free service plan....hardly free when '2' payments were taken from my bank account - yet to understand why this happened as there was none of my bank details on the documentation - GDPR breach which has been brushed under the carpet. For Edinburgh Audi to blame VWFS is unacceptable - my agreement is with Edinburgh Audi and it was their incompetence that caused the money to be taken - dont go blame someone else when you have caused the problem!!!!!! - Yes - the money got refunded but should never have happened in first place, and someting should have been done as way of compensating I have absolutely no faith in Edinburgh Audi, and ask that the 'feree' service plan is cancelled - I WILL NEVER EVER return to that garage or have any conversations with their staff why they are still employed is beyond me as they clearly do not know or understand the key basics of customer service. Please do yourself a favour if you are looking to buy a car and look elesewhere - nothing short than a bunch of cowboys Date of experience: 10 July 2024
