Worst experience

The worst people to deal with . I would never in my life deal with them.And would never recommend them . I went to check a Nissan Qashqai at this place and made reservation by depositing 99£ which their salesman Kasim told me that it is fully refundable. Did not like the car after test drive and told them i want to get the refund but I was really surprised that they told us that money is non refundable and then they misbehaved with my husband . Just for the sake of 99 pounds they had to behave like this with the customer.. really pethatic ... the Sales person was Kasim
